We offer a 30-day play-test guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your paddle, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, provided it is not damaged.
Do your paddles come with a warranty?
Yes, all Honolulu Pickleball Company paddles come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
Are your paddles USAPA approved for tournament play?
Most of our performance models are USAPA approved. Please check the specific product description for the 'USAPA Approved' seal before purchasing for competitive play.
How should I clean and maintain my pickleball paddle?
To maintain the grit and surface of your paddle, we recommend using a specialized paddle eraser or a damp microfiber cloth after every few sessions. Avoid leaving your paddle in extreme heat, such as inside a car.
